Return Policy – Defective Product

After review, we will offer you at no cost:

💡 For confirmed product faults, we cover all return or replacement costs.
⚠️ Returns without proof or after the 14-day period unfortunately cannot be accepted.

Tracking Information
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
If you do not receive a tracking number within 7 days, please contact us.
My shipment shows “No information available”
Some carriers need 2 to 5 working days to update tracking information.
If your order was placed more than 5 working days ago and there is still no tracking update, please contact us.
Will everything be shipped in one parcel?
For logistical reasons, items from the same order may sometimes be shipped separately, even if you selected combined shipping.
